New funding announced for researchers, trainees in stroke recovery

The HSF Canadian Partnership for Stroke Recovery is investing $520,000 over one year in catalyst funding for stroke recovery research projects and $37,500 in two new special training awards.

Deadline for registration for Catalyst Grants and the Hakim Research Award is March 7 with full submissions due on March 31. Results will be announced May 2, with funding beginning on May 12. Full details are available HERE.

Deadline for applications for two new awards – the Martin Rothstein Postdoctoral Award, named in honour of CPSR’s founding Board chair, and the Luc Vanneste Graduate Student Award, named in honour of the CPSR’s former vice-chair – is March 31, with award announcements to be made on May 2.
