HSF Canadian Partnership for Stroke Recovery created a 60-page resource guide on Stroke in Young Adults, which can be downloaded HERE. It provides insight into the unique challenges faced by young adults, ages 18-45, who are living with stroke. The incidence of stroke is growing most rapidly among people ages 20 to 40 in Canada.
A focus of the HSF Canadian Partnership for Stroke Recovery is the role of exercise in improving physical and cognitive recovery after stroke.
